To ensure the longevity of your product, it's important to take proper care of it. Any damage resulting from natural disasters, accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modifications to the product are not covered under the warranty.

Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply or electrical power surge, or attempts at repair by any party other than at 5 Points Growing service center.

At 5 Points Growing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to cancel your agreement with us, you have the right to do so within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods.

To initiate the return process, please send an email to info@5pointsgrowing with the subject "RETURN" followed by your order ID. In order for the return to be accepted, the goods must be returned to our shop address complete with tags, original packaging, manuals, and in fully re-saleable condition.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us at the address provided above. We recommend that you take reasonable care in packaging and shipping the items to ensure that they are received by us in their original condition and are not damaged in transit.
